A 19th Century oak & mahogany cross-banded longcase clock, the painted arch dial with a scene of two figures and factory buildings centred within a Masonic type shield. Titled 'Benevolence Unite us in Friendship'. T Wall Stourbridge. 8 day movement striking on a bell. Second dial and date aperture enclosed by a glazed pillared hood below a broken swan-neck pediment over a brass canted door, inlaid with a lozenge design on a plinth base. Height 226cm.
