A Clarice Cliff Globe shape tea cup circa 1929, hand painted in the Umbrellas pattern with stylised sunburst motifs with matched banding together with a matched 1931 banded saucer, Fantasque and Bizarre marks.
Condition report
The cup and saucer are matching, the cup will date from circa 1929 while the saucer bears an impressed mark for 193. The cup has three chips to the rim with loss of material.
