A Chinese 19th Century flambe vase, the lobed pear shaped vase rising from a splayed foot, the shoulder applied with relief moulded elephant head handles, the deep lavender coloured glaze with red streaks, height 23cm, 'Jianding' red Export approval mark, S/D.

Condition report
Neck has been reduced, shallow chipping to the rim. Extensive scratching to the exterior glazes. Cracking to the glaze throughout.
