An early 19th Century mahogany longcase clock with an eight-day movement, the shaped hood with flaming torch gilded finials over half reeded pillars enclosing the 12 inch painted broken arch dial, with subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture and gilt painted corner spandrels, signed James Warren, Canterbury, height 234cm

Condition report
A pair of weights, pendulum and winder are present. Some over-painting to the dial. There is a split to the hood just above the hood door. There is a split to the veneer just above the trunk door and a split to the left hand side of the case . There is no key to the trunk door.
