A Westminster Penny Red plate collection of one hundred and fifty used 1d reds, some plate numbers missing and excluuding plate 225, contained within a tan coloured stock book, together with a Westminster album of QEII mint first phosphor issues commemorative stamps. (2)
Condition report
As mentioned the collection of 1d red plates is not complete, but is as issued by Westminster Collection. Both this stockbook and the album of phosphor issues smells heavily of smoke.
