Desny - A French Art Deco silver plated globe vase of plain form, height 16cm, fully stamped DESNY - PARIS -MADE IN FRANCE - Metal Argent Depose to base, S/D.
NB - The works of Desny were highly influential to Clarice Cliff who adopted and then adapted a number of their forms in the creation of her ceramics works. This vase was to inspire her shape 370 Globe vase.
Condition report
A dent to one side and a couple of other small dents.
