A George III oak dresser, fitted with three cross-banded frieze drawers with chequer strung borders, over turned front legs, some later repairs, height 92cm, width 209cm and depth 57cm, S/D.
Condition report
The thumb moulded top appears to be later. There are several marks to the top. There is a 3mm wide separation gap between the planks of the top. The front legs also appear to be later replacements. Some tiny sections of veneer missing to the cross-banding on the drawer fronts. Handles to the drawer fronts are replacements.
