A large late Georgian Irish table centre bowl, possibly Waterford, circa 1800, the kettledrum shape bowl cut with bands of stars over fine strawberry diamonds with graduated repeat pattern bands over a knopped stem and wide circular spread foot, 20cm x 21cm. Provenance - Acquired from the Rothschild family and came from Swinton Grange, Malton, Yorkshire. The Grange was built by Nathaneis, First Lord Rothschild as a wedding present for his daughter Charlotte (Evelina) 1873-1947. She married Clive Beherers 1871-1935 and move to Swinton Grange on the 4th October 1899. It remained in Rothschild ownership until 1978.

No damage or restoration, age related wear commensurate with age.
