Lot 192: Estimate £500-£800

A Chinese late Qing Dynasty enamelled opaque glass snuff bottle with each opposing side with lotus flowerhead within leafy tendrils, above a stiff lappet band to the foot, delicately painted in iron-red, black, green and blue enamels, Guyuexuan character mark to the recessed foot, with later associated stopper, height 4.5cm.

Condition report
One side has noticeable rubbing and wear to the enamel, particularly in the lotus flowerhead area. Wear to enamel throughout commensurate with age. Replacement stopper.
