A late 19th Century Japanese black chinoiserie lacquered table cabinet on stand, the centre section with a pair of doors and an arrangement of eleven small drawers enclosed by a pair of raised panelled doors decorated with exotic birds on a cushion base, height 64cm x depth 27cm x width 54cm, and a similar smaller table cabinet, 26cm x 24cm, S/D (2)

Condition report
Amended condition report - Larger cabinet - There is a chip out of the rear right hand corner of the top and also a split to the same corner. There is a vertical split up the rear edge of the left hand side panel. There is a smaller split to the bottom of the rear panel. Some chips to the front feet. The small handle is missing to the right hand internal door panel. Smaller cabinet - Some minor chips to the feet. The lock to the door would appear to have been forced - it is loose as the bottom two fixing pins are missing.
