A pair of Chinese 19th Century Canton famille rose vases, each of hexagonal form, rising from a high footring, the neck of each carved in relief with opposing Shishi handles, the exterior sides of each painted in mirror image, with figures within pagodas and warriors, height 60.5cm. (2)

Condition report
One vase with shallow chip to the upper rim corner. Both with firing cracks and scratching to the interior opening of the vase's neck. One vase with small shallow chip to the footrim, approx. 1cm in size. Small losses to the enamel throughout. Scuffing and wear to the underside of the footrim.
