A 1940s ladies CC41 Utility vintage dress in pink heavy crepe with white polka dot pattern, with collar and double-breasted button bodice details, short sleeves, the empire waistline to a flared midi skirt, bears Howard's Size 20E label and CC41 label to the shoulder, approximate size 14/16.
Condition report
Flat waist 38 inches, arm to arm 20 inches. Belt loops but lacking belt.
