Alessandro Pianon - Vistosi - A Pulcini glass bird circa 1963, with a purple glass body, with internal applied murrines in blue and green, with millefiori glass eyes, on copper wire feet, height 26cm.
Condition report
Glass free from damage or restoration, this bird is a closed unit with no air hole and there is some very slight clouding/crizzling to the interior which has occurred in production and more than likely always been present. The feet are slightly misshaped and slightly bent but would easily and gently go back in to place.
