An early to mid 20th Century nodding group modelled as six seated Chinese figures (elders, women and children) each with a nodding head and brightly glazed robes, length 29cm, together with a seated Japanese lady with nodding head dressed in a kimono and holding a pair of lorgnettes, height 12.5cm, both S/D.
Condition report
The group has a chip to the back of the figure in blue and nibbles to the neck of the green figure. The seated figure in green and purple has lost the bar to nod the head.
The seated Japanese lady has scuffs to the glaze, all over crazing and her head is quite oxidised.
