ENGLISH NIAVE SCHOOL (18TH CENTURY) – 'Weedon House and grounds', oil on canvas, bears inscription 'Weedon House near Aylesbury, Bucks. Built in the reign of Queen Elizabeth, taken down and rebuilt in the year 1782 by its present possessor John Trel - Morin, Esqr', framed, 72cm x 91cm, frame size 82cm x 103cm.

Condition report
UV shows several repaired holes. Extensive over painting to foreground, old retouching in sky. Canvas is slack. Considerable crazing of paint. Old varnish has dripped and has been partially removed. Numerous patched repairs verso. Ebonized frame has some losses
