A late 19th to early 20th Century Bisto (Bishop and Stonier) dessert service comprising twelve frilled edge plates, a comport, two oval dishes and two kidney shape dishes, each decorated with a hand painted landscape cartouche to include cottages and windmills, all to a blue ground with a gilt overlay, printed mark. Twelve plates - 22cm in diameter Oval dishes - length 25.5cm Kidney dishes - length 24.5cm Comport - widest diameter 24cm, height 12.5cm All have some minor wear to the gilding likely from handling as opposed useage.
