Condition report
Dulwich College - watercolour has faded slightly and leeching to the extreme edges. Presented in a black, blue and gold painted glazed frame.
Church of San Spirito - Watercolour has faded. Presented in a gilt glazed frame, with knocks to corners and losses to moulding.
