Condition report
Hart - Watercolour has faded slightly, paper has yellowed. Presented in a gilt and moulded glazed frame, with some knocks and losses to the moulding.
Kingston - watercolour in good order. Presented in a modern plain gilt frame with knocks to the corners, surface scratches and a few chips to the bottom edge
