A late 19th Century French Tete Jumeau bisque socket head doll, size 12, fixed blue eyes, painted lashes and feather brows, painted closed mouth, pierced ears and later wig, back of head marked in maroon but partially obscured by lever, on a composition jointed body with swivel wrists, blue stamp to back, height 72cm.

Condition report
Some wear around ear piercings. Usual wear to body. No chips or cracks to head. Some paint to inside of head. Coil spring inside. Paint is good. Body has some wear, but digits all present.
