Condition report
Overall G+/VG.
Cover - has noticeable staining to the back and signs of sellotaping to the lower edge, some areas of lifting to the laminate.
Writing to the reverse of the cover, in two seperate areas 'Ian' and 'Ian Parr'.
To the right open edge there is small areas of staining, possibly due to water damage, with further lifting to the laminate.
Record - Nice clean condition, only light scratching/scuffing to both sides.
