A late 18th to early 19th Century flintlock pistol, the lock plate named Ketland & Co and GR below crown, 23cm barrel, stamped to underside PW, brass furniture.

AMENDMENT - The barrel, furniture and hammer are heavily pitted, Some heavy pits to the stock also. Holds on two positions and fires There is an old crack to the right of the stock. later ram rod In our opinion the 'PW' stamp has been added later and there is a light patch around the stamp may suggest cleaning.
