A Royal Worcester double walled reticulated vase of cylindrical form with flared neck and splayed foot rim in the manner of George Owen and probably gilded by Samuel Ranford with two oval chinoiserie roundels depicting storks flying over mountainous landscapes with pagoda style houses, two smaller roundels of insects either side, all on a pale blue honeycomb ground between borders of jewelled and gilded banding with powder pink and neck with turquoise and white enamel beading, puce and green mark to the base with date code P for 1879, height 18cm, S/D (small losses to the reticulated foot rim with old glue repairs and a 4mm x 2mm chip to the top rim)
