SIR ALFRED JAMES MUNNINGS KCVO PRA (1878 - 1959) - Scene at Mendham, oil on canvas, signed, inscribed on stretcher, framed, 49.5cm x 26cm Munnings was born at The Miller's House in Mendham, Suffolk in 1878. Many of his early landscapes were painted in the grounds of the mill.
