A gilt 'Prince of Wales Service' wine glass rinser, circa 1762-63, attributed to the London workshop of James Giles, the rounded blue-tinted form decorated with the triple-feather badge of the Prince of Wales with coronet above the motto ICH DIEN, the reverse with martial and musical trophies, the remainder filled with scattered floral sprays, below a gilt rim, height 8cm by 11.5cm wide.
