A mid 19th Century Richardsons crystal glass claret jug believed to have been created for the 1851 Great Exhibition. The domed foot below a swollen ovoid body rising to slender neck, integral spout and high loop handle, the body cased in blue over clear crystal with slice cut panels flash engraved with foliate scrolls and flowers, height 33cm. Provenance - Richardson family and then by descent
