A pair of late 19th to early 20th Century Meissen figurines modelled as a lady and gentleman, she wearing a patterned underskirt with a blue bodice and floral over skirt holding a spray of flowers in one hand and a blue ribbon to the other, he dressed in a patterned waistcoat and breaches with purple ribbon bows to the side and carrying a gourd shaped vessel, both wearing black capes with cockleshell decoration, similar to their hats, both upon encrusted bases, underglaze mark, height 32cm
