A large 19th Century twin handled vase, in the manner of Sevres, the body decorated with hand painted roundels with a Watteauesque scene of a gentleman tying his female companion's shoe and to the reverse with a spray of flowers, both framed with gilt enamel foliate decoration, all to a blue ground, the handles with goat's head terminals holding a laurel wreath, painted 3 to the base, height 41.5cm
