A late 19th Century Thomas Webb & Sons glass vase of footed cylindrical form with shallow collar neck, cased in a tonal ruby dye away over opal interior, relief paste gilded in the manner of Jules Barbe with a flowering blossom bough and insect below a gilded rim, unmarked, height 15cm.
