Two 1930s tin plate novelty Crawford & Sons Ltd biscuit tin money boxes both to designs by Mabel Lucie Attwell, the first formed as a mushroom house entitled 'Lucie Attwell's Fairy House Biscuit and Money box' decorated with scenes of elves, mice and rabbits playing around the outside, height 21cm, the second formed as tall tree with a conical lid entitled 'Lucie Attwell's Fairy Tree Biscuit Money Box' with elves cradling a baby in the branches with rabbits and squirrels beneath, height 36.5cm both with printed marks to the bases (2)
