An 18th Century Meissen Chinoiserie saucer hand painted in the manner of J.G Horoldt with a scene similar to the Schulz Codex, the central roundel with a Chinese man stood in a garden with birds and insects above holding out a pole with purple fabric attached framed within a Laub und Bandelwerk border incorporating Bottger lustre, unmarked other than gilders painted 53 to the base, diameter 12.5cm
