A Massimo Micheluzzi for Murano, a large contemporary glass Battuto Vessel of compressed tapering form with oval neck, of fused murrine cane construction in deep reds and pale blue with rows of battuto cutting, dated 2005, engraved signature, height 46cm. N.B. Massimo Micheluzzi is a contemporary artist using traditional Muranese methods and was introduced to glass through the Venini family. His work is now exhibited internationally.
