A 1930s William Moorcroft powder bowl and cover of footed compressed ovoid form tubeline decorated in the Pansy pattern over a graduated blue wash ground, impressed and painted marks, width 16.5cm, later replaced cover.
Condition report
The cover is a new replacement. Its is clearly a match but does the job well and its a fair colour match. The base has crazing and a couple of underglaze flaws to the rim.
