A George III oak dresser with later associated two-tier plate rack, fitted with three frieze drawers to the shaped apron over a potboard base, height 180cm (height of base 83cm), width 184cm and depth 51cm, S/D.
Condition report
There are no side pieces to the cornice section of the plate rack. Splitting to the joints in the top of the base section. Numerous ring marks to the top of the base. The drawer handles have been replaced. The potboard base has been re-constructed. A diagonal split and repair to the same to the right hand side of the base. Has been repolished. There is no key and the lock plates are missing from two of the drawers.
