A Victorian mahogany Scottish chest of two short over three long drawers, with a cushion frieze drawer over the cock-beaded drawers with turned knob handles, flanked by pilaster supports over a platform base with turned feet, height 135cm, width 127cm and depth 59cm, S/D.

Condition report
Generally in good condition for its age. Has been repolished. There are no splits to the top nor to the sides as is usually the case. There has been a chip out of the side panel towards the base that has been glued back in. There is a small section of veneer missing from the corner of the cushion frieze drawer front. Some minor scuffs and scratches and small dents commensurate with age. The cockbeading to the drawer fronts is in good order. There is no key.
