Estimate £200-£300

An early 20th Century Arts and Crafts oak hall robe, of tapered form with an overhanging top with swivel coat hooks, further fitted with an alcove above the hinged door with twelve convex square glazed panels flanked by repousse metal stylised seed pod panels to the sides, height 200cm, width 123cm and depth 42cm, S/D

Condition report
The door panel is warped and splitting towards the bottom. Some chips to the corners of the cornice. The glazing is Ok but there is some light corrosion to the metal panels. The back panels towards the bottom are warped. The original internal fittings have been removed. It looks as though at some point the robe has been used as a bookcase or cabinet as later shelf support batons have been added to the sides of the interior - However, there are no longer any shelves
