Two 20th Century reproduction walnut and floral marquetry veneered serpentine fronted display cabinets in the French taste, to include a double door and a triple door model, with gilt metal mounts over sabre legs, the double door cabinet height 150cm, width 110cm and depth 43cm and the triple door cabinet height 150cm, width 128cm and depth 43cm, S/D. (2)
Condition report
There are no keys to either cabinet. The doors are open on the double door cabinet although the lock to these doors remains closed. All three doors to the triple door cabinet are locked shut. Some minor sections of veneer loss and scuffs and scratches in places. The marquetry panels appear to be a little faded. Glass panels and gilt metal mounts are OK, although the gilt metal beading to the rear right hand corner of the top of the double door cabinet is dented and a little loose.
