A 19th Century scent bottle by Giacomo Franchini and produced by Pietro Bigaglia, of compressed ovoid form and decorated to one side with four and a half portrait canes with a further portrait cane to the opposing side over a swirled multicoloured ground with internal silver foil aventurine, mounted with a hinged gilt metal cap and short finger loop chain, length 6cm, S/D.

Condition report
There is a very fine and tight hairline visible to both sides running right down the centre of the bottle. The hinges cap shows age related wear
