The chairs in this lot are offered for sale as works of art. They may not comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) Safety Regulations 1988 and for this reason should not be used in a private dwelling.

Condition report
The cushions are marked in places and would benefit from a clean or to be re-covered. Scuffs and scratches to the bases of the table and chairs commensurate with age and use. There are some chips around the foot rims of the chairs and the table in places. The table bears the Saarinen label and also has a Knoll signature to the casting of the base. The chairs are not stamped or labelled either Saarinen or Knoll. There is a number cast to each of the bases of AS 9G NX.
