A mid 19th Century specimen marble pietra dura table top of circular form, the central roundel detailed with an image of a guitar, sheet music and a helicon type horn, within a radiating central field and geometric patterned border, diameter 60cm, set on a mahogany base with faceted triangular pedestal with acanthus scroll bracket supports, over a triangular platform base with claw and ball feet, height 72cm and diameter of top including the outer border 68cm, A/F.

Condition report
There is a 6cm long section and an 8cm long section of the black marble outer border that is missing. The outer mahogany border has opened slightly. There is a small section of the moulding to the outer border that is missing. One of the acanthus scroll support brackets is missing. A section of the acanthus moulding to the triangular base is missing. One of the acanthus carved capitals is missing to one of the feet, together with a small corner section of veneer from just above it. There is a triangular shaped section of veneer that is missing from just above one of the feet.
