A 19th Century French rosewood cased etui, the flush fitted interior comprising an 18ct gold needlecase, scissors, thimble, bodkin and a stiletto, each with fluted and shaped decoration, indistinct marks, the shaped case with inset gold vacant cartouche, cased length 12cm.

Condition report
Some minor scuffs and marks to the body, commensurate with age. Being particularly critical, the flush fitting for the scissor loops is a little tatty. There is staining to the silk lining of the lid. The silk loop for the bodkin is freyed.
