Lot 537: Estimate £250-£300

A Chinese late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) polished bronze censer, of bombe form raised on three taotie mask supports and two upright dragon handles, decorated to the exterior with depictions of Hotei and immortal gods, Xuande (1426-1435) six-character mark to base, height 18cm, diameter 26cm.

Condition report
- Extensive patination to the interior of the censer. - Wear and patination to the exterior. - Wear and cracks to the interior of the vessel, with noticeable loss to the metal.
