A mid 20th Century pedestal cup affixed to a shaped base, both pieces with transfer applied and hand tinted flowers and garlands with a gilt palmette border, unmarked other than incised B/5 and painted B5/2669, height 17cm.
Comes with a paper receipt from the Derby Commercial Museum dated 6.12.46 detailing the purchase of a china bowl for 17.6. It is believed to be the receipt for this vase
Condition report
Some rubbing to the gilding and minor losses to the decoration, likely from handling.
