A Chinese late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) carved and painted wooden warrior figure, carved in relief depicting a warrior dressed in armour, seated on a qilin, raised on a plinth base, height 22cm.
Condition report
Figures left hand has small losses to the wood.
Left hand has a vacant hole, possibly indicating there is a missing weapon.
Relief areas have small losses and wear to the wood and paint throughout.
