A Chinese fan painting, the folded fan laid flat and painted in black ink with continuous lines of poetry, with seal mark to the lower left corner, framed and glazed, 48cm x 17.5cm, in frame 71cm x 44cm.
Condition report
Please note the fan has not been removed from the frame, therefore the condition of the edge and the verso is unknown.
Slight water damage to the characters, therefore causing some smudging to the black ink.
Previous insect holes, the fan has been restored and later laid on paper.
Small areas of foxing to the paper.
