Vol I - cover and library label is worn and scratched. Marbled front papers to inside cover bear book plate for 'Edwin Wilkins Field, Hampstead' and 'Vale Mill Mutual Improvement Society'. Inside binding splitting, foxing to first few pages and illustrations. Vol II - covers in good condition, bears Edward Wilkins Field book plate and Vale Mill label, minor foxing to first few pages but otherwise bright internally Vol III - covers good, bears Edward Wilkins Field plate, minor foxing to first few pages and plates, internally good and bright
