A 19th Century Staffordshire model of a seated nun, after Bow in imitation of Meissen, she reading from a bible or prayer book wearing a black and cerise mantle and a blue underskirt, unmarked, height 15.5cm, restored.
Condition report
Considerable firing dust pick-up, restoration to the hands and like to the book. Small firing imperfections to the edges and trims.
