An early 20th Century cross-banded mahogany Grandmother clock in the Georgian style, with an eight-day movement striking on a gong, the hood with dentil cornice and swagged beaded detail enclosing the 9.5 inch (24cm) silvered dial signed 'Maple & Co Ltd London', raised to bracket feet, height 175cm and width across the hood 34cm.

Condition report
A pair of brass sleeved weights and a pendulum are present. There are keys to the hood and trunk doors. There is some splitting to the top of the hood. There are some dents out of the rear edge of the left hand side of the trunk. Some minor sections of veneer loss in places. There are no side splits to the trunk or hood.
