A post war Danish fold-over 'butterfly' dining table, designed by Kurt Ostervig for KP Mobler, possibly Mexican rosewood (Dalbergia Palo-Escrito), the hinged fold-over top above tapered legs, stamped KP Mobler by Kurt Ost. to the underside, height 73cm, length 270cm (135cm closed) width 90cm, S/D. NB - Subject to CITES regulations, this table may be listed annex B and subject to an export permit if shipped outside mainland UK.
Condition report
Structurally sound but the table has been in storage and so there are some cosmetic issues - tape residue to the legs. There some small chips to the apron of the table at the hinge end. There is a white mark to the outer side of the hinged top. Interior of top is good.
