A pair of early 20th Century Japanese black lacquered wall panels, each of rectangular form with applied relief cast metal depictions of bijin the first with a censer and the second with a large lotus bloom, each surmounted by a pierced traditional scroll mount, 75cm x 27cm. (2)
Condition report
Scratching visible to the black lacquer throughout, small knocks to the corners, areas of overpainting, no major splits or damage.
