A Chinese 19th Century Canton famille rose vase of rounded ovoid form, rising to a flared neck with scalloped rim, relief moulded with gilt shishi lion handles and dragons to the shoulder, decorated in typical pink and green enamels depicting court scenes, height 45cm, S/D.

Condition report
Large chips to the upper overhanging rim, several small losses to the enamel throughout, loss to gilt at the relief areas.
